RENTALS

RENTAL POLICY

Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be booked online until 8 PM the day prior. Reservations after that time are based on availability, please call during business hours. 

​

Half-day rental begins at the time of your reservation.

​

Our bicycles are intended for paved surfaces ONLY. (Gravel parking lot and driveways are acceptable.)

​

Bikes are NOT to be transported inside vehicles.

​

Please make arrangements with the shop manager if you intend to transport bicycles off-premises.

​

We provide full refunds for cancellations made up until 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. 50% refund given within 48 hours.

PARKING

Parking is available on the streets of Hood River.

 

Customers may choose from 3 different mobile apps to electronically pay: 

Passport Parking, WayToPark, ParkMobile.

 

You may also pay with coins at a meter or a credit card at a pay station.
